Greg is a general manager and entrepreneur with a successful track record of managing and owning businesses. He developed his business and leadership skills with positions of increasing responsibility and complexity at regional and Fortune 100 companies. He has worked in all segments of the value chain, proving himself as a change agent leading national and field claims operations, national legal and medical teams, corporate and business strategy, new product development and marketing. Tempus is the fulfillment of a dream to build his own business that will reflect his vision, new ideas and a lifelong passion to make a positive difference in peoples’ lives.

Josh Dickerson | COO

 Josh is an experienced product and innovation leader with a demonstrated history of working in P&C claims services. He is well versed in medical loss cost containment strategies including bill review, network management, specialty bill review, and has an extensive background in medical bill negotiations services managing well over one million successful negotiations. A proven problem solver and visionary, Josh is now fulfilling a promise to innovate on past success and to introduce a next generation suite of products at Tempus. He is also passionate about giving back to his community. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of CAREaz, a community coalition whose vision is a safe, healthy, and thriving community and whose goal is to reduce, and hopefully one day eliminate, the stigma of addiction and its negative effects on individuals, families and communities.
